Mr. Brodsky has deep experience in financial transactions, including public and private debt (taxable and tax-exempt) and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, licensing agreements, project finance, leasing, derivative products, principal investments, and venture capital.He had supervisory oversight of the review and approval of more than 250 fairness opinions, valuations, and appraisals for a major investment banking firm; supervisory oversight of credit analysis, comparative pricing analyses, covenant/term structuring and negotiation, and the development and implementation of due diligence and other policies and procedures for transaction execution at a large investment bank; served as rating agency liaison at two large investment banking firms over a 12-year period; and acted as derivatives credit risk manager for a major New York commercial bank.Mr. Brodsky
