Repchick's career began as a resident assistant in an ICF/MR facility in Pennsylvania.
For the same organization, he also served as a counselor in the mental health eld as well as a social worker within a nursing home.
These early experiences quickly led to management positions including, Assistant Administrator in charge of Finance and he became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Before starting Saber, Repchick served in an executive leadership capacity for a number of long-term care facilities including 12 years with Beverly Enterprises where he earned a reputation for managing organizations from loss to protability within minimal time frames.

Repchick went on to serve as Chief Operating Ofcer for Ohio based Multi-Care Management which managed numerous nursing homes.
