Dr. George Haber is an assistant professor for career and technical education (CTE) at Kent State University (KSU).In his role at KSU, Dr. Haber teaches classes in educational methods, organization and administration, and special populations in CTE, as well as conducting research pertinent to CTE in Northeast Ohio and nation-wide.His research areas include special education students in CTE, success and efficacy factors in CTE teacher preparation and learner-based instructional design.
Before coming to KSU in 2002, Dr. Haber was an instructor in the Workforce Education and Development Program at Penn State University, and previous to that, a special education teacher in Virgina, where he developed and ran two CTE programs for special education centers.
