areas of expertise include: economic and econometric analysis for energy and peak forecasting, load research, integrated resource planning, demand side management program design and market potential studies, as well as nuclear and fossil generating plant life cycle economics, operating costs and performance modeling and benchmarking and utility investment prudence analyses.
