Borough Manager Gene Zarayko said the borough is , in fact , operating as the liaison in an arrangement with the Northampton Borough Centennial Committee.Any expenses will be reimbursed to the borough by the centennial committee , Zarayko said , mentioning it would cost the centennial committee about $75 for the rental of each trolley.By having the borough rent the trolleys , though , the cost will be reduced nearly in half.The centennial committee said it seeks the use of the trolleys from the City of Allentown for a centennial program.They will be used for a tour of the borough churches by the public on April 28 , 2002 , as part of the centennial program.There are eight churches that agreed to open their doors for the tour.People on the tour will be able to spend as much time at each church as they wish , since the trolleys will return to the drop-off spots in half-hour intervals.
