OGA adds two scholarships, honors Corky Billen, Gene Mortensen - The Oklahoma Golf Association Foundation has announced it is funding two additional scholarships for 2017, bringing the total to nine.

Gene Mortensen, director of rules for the Oklahoma Golf Association, says Davis’ best bet would have been to take a drop (which includes a one-shot penalty) and be left with a chip shot for par.
