BIG SPRING CITY MANAGER GARY FUQUA INFORMED CITY COUNCIL LAST WEEK THAT THE CITY PLANS TO WORK WITH "KEEP BIG SPRING BEAUTIFUL" TO INITIATE A CITY DISRTRICT-BY-DISTRICT CLEAN UP INCENTIVE IN THE NEW YEAR.
THE PLAN IS TO WORK WITH EACH CITY COUNCIL PERSON AND MAKE THEM THE DISTRICT LEADER IN THE CLEAN UP PROGRAM.
MR FUQUA TOLD COUNCIL THAT "KEEP BIG SPRING BEAUTIFUL" FOUNDER PAT SIMMONS WILL BE ADDRESSING THE GOVERNING BODY IN THE NEW YEAR WITH MORE DETAILS ON INACTING HER PLAN.
