works with a team of more than 1,000 representatives to ensure that our growing customer base receives outstanding support.
He also directs all support functions during the transition of acquired customers to our platform.
Prior to joining Endurance in the spring of 2002, Gary was a founding member of eSupportNow, providing multi-channel customer care and data analysis.
While there, Gary
created the strategy and direction for a team of more than 400 throughout nine global locations, delivering outstanding service to some of the industry's leading e-commerce sites.
also served on the integration team at NSTAR, defining the strategies for the merger of Boston Edison
and Commonwealth Energy
Gary holds his B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
