Frits Bosch, managing director of Schiphol Group's full daughter company Dartagnan BV, will look back on five years of Privium operation and share his views on future developments for automated border passage and international Registered Traveler programs with the high-caliber delegates of the "Registered Traveler programs in the real world" session on 28 February.
"In the late 90's Schiphol Group
decided to develop the Privium program to anticipate the needs of frequent travelers for value added services on the airport.
Passenger profiles showed that a relatively small number of very frequent travelers constituted an extremely important passenger group for Schiphol airport and that commercial services could be created to facilitate their airport experience.
It added to the overall quality perception of the airport and strengthened the customer relationship," comments Frits Bosch
