studied law in Giessen and Berlin (Humboldt University).After passing the first state examination in law in 1995, he worked as research assistant at the legal faculty of Humboldt University.
In 1997, he
legal training at the Berlin Court of Appeal and passed his
second state examination in law in 1999.From 1999 to 2001 he worked as lawyer in a Berlin law firm, focusing on business law.In 2001, Mr. Rosenstock joined E.ON Ruhrgas International AG.He first served in the legal department with responsibility, inter alia, for the legal management of numerous German and international acquisition projects (e.g. in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania).His
duties also included attending to legal aspects of E.ON Ruhrgas International shareholdings.Since May 2006 he has been in charge of the Central/Eastern European shareholdings department of E.ON Ruhrgas International.
The main emphasis of his
current duties is on acquisition and special projects in the gas sector in Central and Eastern Europe.
