now devotes his
media time totally to television. He
conducts classes in his
cooking school in Salt Lake City, Utah, and travels throughout the U.S. holding sessions on a wide variety of culinary topics.He
is frequently asked to judge cooking contests on the local, regional and international level.He is a member of the American Culinary Society, the International Association of Culinary Professionals and the International Chili Society. Fred
frequently dabbles in food writing, has published six regional cookbooks, and is working on his
