Latin America . In 1992, Mr. Rosello began his banking career when he joined Bank One Corporation as a Branch Manager. Since that time, he served as the opening manager of the first in-store bank in
Texas for Bank One located in the Fiesta Mart on Jefferson Rd and was promoted to manage the Trinity branch in 1994 in Oak Cliff. Mr. Rosello was promoted to Vice President & District Manager of the South Market in 2006. His promotion to District Manager earned him the distinction of being one of youngest ever promoted to DM in the company's history. As District Manager, Mr. Rosello had management oversight of 360 associates covering 25 bank branches totaling $1.2 billion in deposits with and operating budget of $86 million. During his 7 year tenure with Bank One, Mr. Rosello received numerous awards for his accomplishments which included ranking #1 Branch Manger in the Dallas Market in 1994, named Manager of the Year in 1995, and ranked #1 among all District Managers in a 3 state region in 1997 for his outstanding leadership and performance in deposit growth, sales, revenue, and profitability.
In 1998, Mr. Rosello joined Extraco Bancshares, the largest Community Bank organization between Dallas and Austin.

Since 2005, Mr. Rosello is a Vice President & Consumer Market Manager of the South DFW Market for Bank of America. As a Market Manager, he is responsible for all administrative, operational, sales, and service levels of 30 Banking Centers located in the southern and eastern sections of
Dallas
County . Mr. Rosello manages a team of 385 associates, an annual budget of over $100 million, and services a deposit base of $1.4 billion. Along with his management responsibilities, Mr. Rosello also serves on Bank of America's Dallas Leadership Council, Foundation Committee and leads all Hispanic outreach efforts for the Dallas Bank. His accomplishments include being a 2 time recipient of Bank of America's Award of Excellence in 2006 & 2007 in recognition of the South DFW Market ranking among the top 5% in the company for sales, service, and operational excellence.
