Frank R. Giordano, Jr.
, Ph.D. has been a professional writer for more than 20 years.A professor of English Literature at the University of Houston since 1973, Dr. Giordano
has published two books and nearly 50 articles and reviews in his
academic disciplines, and he
also has been an active writer in American wines and golf.Since 1981, Dr. Giordano
has operated Writing and Research Consultants, Inc., with clients in the medical, golf, engineering, oil, chemical, and petrochemical industries.After earning a B.S. in education at Central Connecticut State College in 1964, Dr. Giordano
taught and coached for a year in Connecticut before enterint the University of Florida, where he
earned a M.S. (1965) and Ph.D. (1968).While at Florida, he
taught Technical Writing in the College of Engineering.
