Frank Branham has been an Executive Chef for 23 years and has owned his own restaurant,The Cottage Place, in Flagstaff, Arizona for 17 years.
Frank is a Certified Executive Chef and member of the American Academy of Chefs, the honor society of the American Culinary Federation.
was voted "Chef of the Year" in northern Arizona three different years.
has mentored and been key in the career of countless students, cooks and employees, all of whom have in turn helped him grow professionally.
is known throughout northern Arizona for his
outstanding culinary achievements.

has been named "Best Fine Dining" in Flagstaff for 16 years by readers of the local Arizona Daily Sun
The Wine Spectator Magazine
has honored the restaurant with the "Award of Excellence" for the last 15 years.
In addition to his
award-winning cuisine, Frank
is known for his
special menus, wine dinners, upscale catering events, and a very popular series of cooking classes.
Although being a chef and running a successful restaurant business takes up most of Frank's time, he also enjoys rock climbing, skiing, traveling, community service, and gardening.
has been married to his
wife, Nancy, for 27 years and they live very happily with their cats and garden and solar panels in Flagstaff, Arizona.
