Frank Newell Joins Cozen O'Connor
PHILADELPHIA, PA - Monday, January 25, 2010 - Francis P. Newell, a veteran civil and criminal antitrust litigator with more than 34-years of experience, has joined Cozen O'Connor as co-chair of the firm's antitrust & trade regulation practice group.
He previously practiced at Harkins Cunningham LLP.

A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University (B.S., with honors, 1972), Newell earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law (J.D., 1975) where he was an editor of the Villanova Law Review.
He is a member of the antitrust, criminal, international, and litigation sections of the American Bar Association; the antitrust, trade regulation and litigation sections of the District of Columbia Bar Association; and the litigation section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
