own consultant firm for the past 14 years.His
firm Francis First Charger & Consultant Group
provides proposal writing, business plans, management advice, organizational and/or project development, accounting and financial work also provides agricultural and irrigation consultant work.He
has been involved in some major projects in the past.To name a few, he is better known when he was the General Manager of the Blood Tribe Irrigation Project (BTAP) a $ 66.5 million dollar project.He
was involved in the construction, implementation, recruitment, and operational phase with BTAP.He
was one of the main people instrumental for coordinating the Japan=s export of Timothy hay - eventually a $ 13.5 million dollar global industry.He was the past General Manager of Alberta Indian Agricultural Development Corporation (AIADC) when he was only 32 years old, youngest General Manager of the company at the time.He sits on committees both for Federal and Province level.He
has done international work for the USA tribes, in Japan for marketing and has commenced possible academic work in Central America.

is also well known as a Spiritual Advisor a name he
