Everett A. Holum
has been practicing various areas of law since 1970 in the Puget Sound Region.
From 1970 to 1972, he worked for the City of Tacoma as an Assistant City Attorney prosecuting various criminal cases as well as land use violations.
Then, from 1972 to 1977 he worked as a sole practitioner.
In 1977, after working at the City Attorney's Office in Tacoma, Washington, Mr. Holum, along with three partners, opened a new law firm.
While practicing law at McCarthy, Holum, Causseaux & Rourke, P.S., Mr. Holum managed cases involving real estate law, property management, estate planning, probate, personal injury, and represented several governmental agencies regarding business and liability claims.
Since 1993, he
has been a sole practitioner.
Currently, Mr. Holum
emphasizes unlawful detainer actions, probate, estate planning, and real estate issues.
The majority of Mr. Holum's
clients are landlords and property management firms with residential and commercial properties.
