Eulahlee L. Packard, 83, of Chelsea, died Friday, Jan. 11, at the Odd Fellow & Rebekah Home in Jackson.Known as "the Flag Lady," she was an active member of the VFW Auxiliary.She had presented more than 2,000 flags to schools.She attended First United Methodist Church of Chelsea where she was a member of the United Methodist Women.She was also a member of the Fire Department Auxiliary, the Rebekah Lodge, and was a den mother in Cub Scouts and a volunteer at the VA Hospital in Ann Arbor.She was preceded in death by her husband, McAdean C. "Mac" Packard, in 1998.She is survived by two sons, Gary Sr. and Neil; four daughters, Norine Collins, Gloria Greenleaf, Nadine Packard and Glenda Osugi; five brothers, Lawrence, Keith, Fremont, Duane and Winston; 10 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by one grandson and three great-grandchildren.Arrangements are by Cole Funeral Chapel, 214 E. Middle St., Chelsea.
