Erin Johnson - Partnerships Coordinator
grew up in the mountains of Montana, where she
developed a passion for experiential learning and exploration.
loves helping people get involved with stewardship, and expanding inquiry-based knowledge about the wild places in which they play.
As an undergraduate studying Ecology and Organismal Biology at the University of Montana
studied stress responses in free-living sparrows.
Since then, she has worked as a field biologist in Yellowstone and Glacier national parks, and on Tioga Pass outside of Yosemite.
has also worked with American and indigenous student groups in the Ecuadorian Andes, and on a native tree nursery in Ecuador run by indigenous communities through The Tandana Foundation
also has a minor in Studio Art, a Wilderness First Responder and EMT.
loves adventure activities, and volunteers at the local raptor hospital.
