Erin regularly participates as a grant reviewer for philanthropic institutions such as the Indiana Youth Institute, serves as a Board member for Dove House, which supports women in recovery, and serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Tomberg Family Philanthropies, which provides domestic and international grants in the areas of poverty alleviation, health, education, and the environment. Prior to founding Hedges & Associates, Erin served in program, development, and leadership capacities as a non-profit staff member in Southern California and a capital campaign consultant in Minneapolis.
