Ericka M. Pittman

handles everything from revenue forecasting and strategic profit-enhancing processes to staff training and development.

She also served as an instrumental lead in the development, design and procurement of the Guinness Draught Fiscal Year 2010 "Fortune Favors the Bold" campaign.
Additionally, Ms. Pittman
has contributed to the production and execution of Sean Combs' Tent Pole events, such as the annual White Party and Birthday Celebration.
Prior to joining BLUE FLAME, Ms. Pittman gained 13 years of progressive advertising sales experience in interactive and publishing media inside Radio One Inc., Time Inc., Condé Nast and VIBE Media Group.
She held key positions at iVillage; Honey, Heart & Soul and Savoy magazines (Vanguarde Media Group) Babytalk magazine (Time Inc.); Glamour (Condé Nast); VIBE and VIBE Vixen magazines (VIBE Media Group) and GIANT (Radio One).
A native New Yorker with residences in New Jersey and Maryland, Ms. Pittman holds a bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications from City University of New York's Baruch College.
She is a member of Advertising Women of New York and Cosmetic Executive Women, and lends her time and talents in support of a number of causes and charitable organizations, including Dress for Success.
