Eric Shigongo, the director of Ericom Limited, the firm which organised the event, said the race attracted 45 contestants and every week one contestant was being evicted.
The 90 day day competition started last October. He
said contestants who were evicted should not think that they were bad girls in the community, but there was no way all of them could be winners. Shigongo
said the aim of introducing Big Sister Tanzania competition was to get a female super star who could promote Tanzania by doing social activities.
