.Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Mr. Hinkes was an IP legal fellow for the House Judiciary Committee, Subcommittee on Courts, the Internet, and Intellectual Property, where he researched, analyzed, and reported in subcommittee intellectual property matters.He
also assisted in drafting legislation, preparing hearing materials, and reviewing witness testimony on a multitude of issues specifically for the ranking member of the subcommittee.
