Eric Paul Engel
Currently serving as Executive Director of Ketchcom Development, Inc., Eric Paul Engel has provided organizational learning and communication development services for over a decade to private, government, and non-profit organizations, including the Pentagon's Information Technology Agency, Purdue University, and the University of Missouri.

As a Senior Instructional Systems Consultant, Mr. Engel provided organizational development, training, and communication consulting to the Army's Information Technology Agency at the Pentagon.

As Manager of Organizational Development for filefrenzy.com (and later Arsenal Digital Solutions Worldwide), Mr. Engel conceived and coordinated an organizational "Culture Council" (a representative body established to facilitate employee relations, organizational communication, and organizational development by addressing corporate culture, values, and vision).
Mr. Engel attended Purdue University where he earned a Master of Arts degree in Communication with a concentration in Organizational Communication, as well as the University of Virginia where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric & Communication.

Having completed all of his doctoral coursework, Mr. Engel
is currently working on his dissertation with the assistance of Dr. Eric Eisenberg (his dissertation committee chair), Dr. Fred Steier, Dr. Jane Jorgenson, and Dr. Cynthia Cohen.
Additionally, Mr. Engel is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) administrator concentrating on the application of type in professional and organizational development.
Mr. Engel is also a member of the National Communication Association ( NCA).
