Emily Greer, Executive Director
Emily Greer has been with Rise since the doors opened in the fall of 2003 as the Speech and Language Pathologist. She has over 16 years of experience as a speech therapist and three years of experience as Executive Director at The Rise School! She earned her bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at The Unversity of Texas at Austin and her master's degree in Speech Pathology at Texas Women's University. Her role has evolved over the years, giving her multiple perspectives of this program. She has seen through the lens of therapist, a parent, Educational Coordinator and now Executive Director. Emily dedicates much of her time to Rise and is truly passionate about the Rise mission, philosophy and beliefs. In her "spare time," Emily enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Regan was introduced to the Rise School through her friend Emily Greer, now Executive Director at the school.
Regan has been working with students and staff at Rise for six years and she says she never tires of getting kisses from the children. Her love and dedication for each student shines through as she helps grow their speech and language skills. Regan has her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master's degree in speech and language pathology from the University of Texas at Dallas. In addition, Regan is certified in PROMPT, level 4 Talk Tools, Kaufman, and Beckman. Her philosophy in therapy is to use a sensory approach. She believes that the more sensory aspects that can be built into learning, the better. Regan loves to fish and to mow her yard. She has three children with her youngest having attended the Rise School.
