Emily Culp is the Vice President of Clinique's Global Digital/Consumer Marketing & Media Group. In her role, Emily oversees the strategy, development and execution of Global Digital, CRM & Media programs for Clinique. Working closely with Clinique's Product, Marketing & Creative teams, Emily ensures that all of Clinique's amazing products are effectively and thoughtfully represented in a 360° capacity. "Our goal is to not only establish Clinique's presence in new channels, but also to utilize the unique ability of technology to create a valuable relationship with the consumer. The programs we develop engage with her, bring her into a conversation and maintain that rapport consistently through multiple touchpoints in her life. In turn, we are able to listen, learn and evolve our strategy based on the insights of the people that matter most- our customers." Since starting the Clinique Digital Marketing Group in 2008, Emily has lead varied initiatives in CRM, social media & digital marketing. She ran the development and launch of the in-store skin diagnostic computer currently being piloted in the US. She has also launched successful cross channel media campaigns for Even Better Clinical, 3-Step Skin Care System, Youth Surge Moisturizer & High Impact Lip Colour. In social media, Emily has implemented a global strategy in addition to directing the launch of Clinique's Twitter and Youtube pages. "At Clinique, educating and empowering users is part of our process. Social media has served as a catalyst for both by making the brand more accessible to consumers in addition to providing outlets for them to share feedback with Clinique as well as their friends." No stranger to CPG, Emily started her career in agency account management. In joining the Estee Lauder Companies, she has brought with her over 10 years of CPG marketing experience from Worldwide Firms including OgilvyOne (Kodak), Arnold (Southern Comfort, Guiness) and Digitas (Best Buy, Delta Airlines, General Motors, LL Bean). Emily grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Wake Forest University. She currently resides in New York City with her husband and son.
