Emilio's previous international and volunteer work includes teaching English to urban communities in Mexico, working with homeless populations in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, working with the formally incarcerated in Jersey City, NJ and working with social, environmental and economic justice organizations in San Francisco. Emilio also worked for the Government of the Dominican Republic affiliate organization, COPDES, focusing on the role of corporate social responsibility in the achievement of the United Nations' Millennium Development Goals.
