Davao Jaycee Senate - JCI Sen. SERGIO OSMEÑA VALENCIA
An illustrious son of a doctor & former Health Secretary Elpidio Valencia, now deceased, and Rosalina Osmeña, the youngest daughter of Philippine Republic President Sergio Osmeña, PCSO Chairman Sergie Valencia is married to Tina Revilla, a movie star and TV personality.
PCSO Chairman Valencia was an active Jaycee in his younger days.
He held various leadership positions in Jaycees International, as well as, in the Asia-Pacific Region and the Philippines.
He was 1989 World VP of Jaycees International, 1987 training special assistant for Asia Pacific, TROT graduate in Macau, and national chair of the TOYM '88, among others.
Because Valencia was an outstanding Jaycee, he became a Life Member of Jaycees International who was conferred the JCI Senator title, the highest honor in the Junior Chamber International.
He served as president of Makati Jaycee Senate, and president of Metro Manila Jaycee Senate.
Later, he was elected national president of the Philippine Jaycee Senate (now JCI Senate Philippines) in 2003.
The following year, he became chairman of the Philippine Jaycee Senate Foundation.
was also 1999 national chair of TOFIL (The Outstanding Filipinos), the flagship project of the JCI Senate Philippines.
Thereafter, he continued to share his expertise by serving as presidential consultant and adviser of the two national organizations.
