Ikwerre Girls' Education Emphasized: The Vice President of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (Nigeria branch), and also the Vice Chairperson of TAP in the Rivers State, Mrs. Elsie Thompson, applauded the OIUSA's scholarship program in Ikwerreland.
