has litigated to conclusion over 200 errors and omissions claims against insurance agents, including property/casualty, life, health, disability agents, surplus lines brokers and London brokers, many of these claims involving exposure in excess of $1 million.
has assisted carriers in coverage analysis and has drafted insurance policies.

In addition to her
insurance practice, Ms. Kendrick
has handled securities cases for many Wall Street brokerage houses and defended clients in general business/contract disputes, maritime matters, products liability and personal injury claims.
She has served as lead counsel in numerous trials (state and federal court) and arbitrations.
has lectured on Avoiding Insurance Agent/Broker Malpractice.
She serves as a Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles Judicial District.
