During this time, Elizabeth was a member of the Glennie P&F and held various positions including GOSS Secretary; GOSS Treasurer and Provedore. Elizabeth became a Foundation member in 2008. Elizabeth is a director of the Gillam Food Group which operates various food retail businesses in Toowoomba. Previously, in partnership with husband Arthur, she operated a grain and peanut farm in the Clifton district for over 25 years.

Lisa attended Glennie from 1998 to 2002 and graduated as Sports Captain and School Prefect. Lisa also experienced boarding life for 12 months in 1998 while her family moved from Mt Isa to the Garden City. Following Year 12, Lisa attended the University of Southern Queensland to complete her business degree and also was a sports scholarship recipient. Since graduating, Lisa has gained invaluable experience in several positions, such as; Marketing Manager at Victoria Park Golf Complex, Communications Manager at Queensland Racing, Advertising Executive at WIN Television and currently, Project Manager of the Queensland Stallions publication for the Thoroughbred Breeder's Queensland Association (TBQA) and Marketing, Communication and Client Relations at their family owned and operated thoroughbred horse business, Clear Mountain Fairview. Lisa and her husband Michael race and breed thoroughbreds and are both regular racegoers. Lisa is an active member of the Glennie Old Girls' Association which includes her roles as Vice President and assisting with fundraising events in conjunction with the Glennie P&F.
