He is currently the Co-Percussion Director at Pace High School (Pace, FL) and Murphy High School (Mobile, AL). He is also a consultant at Navarre High School (Navarre, FL). His teaching credits include Foley High School, Northview High School, Navarre High School, Pine Forest High School, and Woodham High School. His performance credits include Eminence Indoor Percussion Ensemble 2003, Spirit Drum & Bugle Corps 2004, 2005, and Music City Mystique 2006, 2007.

Frazier is in his 8th year of percussion instruction and musical arrangement in the Gulf Coast Area. He has taught at many area schools in Northwest Florida, Southern Alabama, and Louisiana. He is currently the Percussion Director at Pace High School in Pace, FL and Murphy High School in Mobile, AL. He is also a Percussion Instructor and Visual Designer for Solace Independent Percussion Ensemble from Pensacola, FL. Elanders performance credits as a snare drummer include Eminence Indoor Percussion Ensemble in 2003 (recieving Rookie of the Year), Spirit Drum & Bugle Corps in 2004 (receiving Rokkie of the Year) and 2005 (serving as the battery section leader). In 2004, he was also apart of the DCI I & E Championship Cymbal Line. His journey and life long dream led him to march with the WGI Gold Medalist Music City Mystique in 2006 and aged out with a Silver Medal with MCM in 2007. Elanders is a member of the Percussive Arts Society and has been a clinician at the annual PAS Northwest Florida Day of Percussion since 2002. Ha has earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Business from Pensacola Junior College, as well as a Bachelors' of Business Administration with a specialization in Management from the University of WEst Florida. He currently resides in Pensacola Florida.
