Elaine Finley, a clinical social worker at UVa, said Centini's work has been a blessing to so many families in the children's cancer unit.
"A lot of times they end up here at the hospital without any notice," Finley said. "Every time we hand out a gift bag we share the story of Jeffrey's Gifts and it has more of a meaning to families," Finley said.
