Dr. Elad Stotland - Board Member
Dr. Elad Stotland decided to become involved with the MCHA in the spring of 2008. As a veterinarian, he hopes to bring a new perspective and additional benefits to the organization. He grew up in Texas and moved to Indiana in the spring of 2006 to be closer to his wife's family. He received a Master's degree in Veterinary Microbiology in 1998 and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2004 from Texas A&M University. After visiting Bloomington in 2007, he and his wife, Lauren, decided to settle here permanently, bringing along Charlie and Meg, two domestic shorthair cats, Seamus, a 6 and ½ year old Great Dane, and George, a Chihuahua rescued from a puppy mill. They both enjoy the culture and diversity of Bloomington, and the enormous amount of restaurants. In what little spare time he has, he enjoys cooking, working out, trying new restaurants, and sports.
