The rapid growth of cross-border real estate investments outside the United States presents unique legal issues.
To address these issues, Eileen
is building out GE Real Estate's legal capabilities in Europe and Asia to ensure smooth cross-border and in-market transactions that conform to all compliance regulations.
In developing markets that may have relatively recent traditions of contracts and property rights, Eileen's challenge is to work with institutional-quality local law firms to ensure that all real estate transactions meet appropriate corporate standards.
In an industry where speed and service quality are increasingly important, Eileen
has taken the initiative to make it easier for customers worldwide to do business with GE Real Estate

Eileen joined GE Real Estate in 2004 after 18 years with King & Spalding LLP.
