U.S. District Court Clerk Ed Klecker said an initial jury survey was sent last week to 1,200 people in 12 southeastern North Dakota counties. "We expect a fair number of people who ask that they not be considered for agricultural and other reasons," Klecker said Tuesday. From the first round of questionnaires, the jury pool will be whittled down to 500 people for more intensive questioning.
