He was born Feb. 14, 1899, in Geneva, Ind., and came to Florida 40 years ago.He retired in 1965 after 30 years as a project engineer for International Harvester Co., Fort Wayne, Ind.He was a member of Masonic Sol D. Bayless Lodge No. 359, Scottish Rite, Mizpah Shrine and Fort Wayne Engineers Club, all in Fort Wayne.He was an Army veteran of World War I. He was a member of Plymouth Congregational Church, Fort Wayne, and Congregational United Church of Christ of Bradenton.
