Bayless Lodge No. 359, Scottish Rite, Mizpah Shrine and Fort Wayne Engineers Club, all in Fort Wayne.He was an Army veteran of World War I. He was a member of Plymouth Congregational Church, Fort Wayne, and Congregational United Church of Christ of Bradenton.
