Ed Goodrich, Vice President Ed Goodrich is Vice President of Cat Financial with administrative responsibility for North America Operations, Cat Financial Commercial Account and Latin America. Ed began his career with Caterpillar Inc. in 1977, and then worked as Finance Manager for Caterpillar dealer Mustang Tractor in Houston, Texas before rejoining the company with Cat Financial in 1986.

Ed has held several management positions within Cat Financial, serving as Territory Manager in Texas, Sales Manager of Cat Financial Australia, and Deputy Managing Director of Caterpillar Finance France at its inception. He was Northeastern Region Manager in Baltimore from 1996 until 2000 at which time he accepted the responsibility of managing the consolidation of U.S. customer and dealer finance, portfolio management, and customer service activity into the Customer Business Center where he served as Manager until 2003. From 2004 until 2010, Ed served as Vice President with administrative responsibility for Latin America and Global Power Finance.
Ed received his bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and has completed the Stanford University Executive Program. He serves on the Boards of Directors of The Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee and The Nashville Symphony Association.
