He is a graduate of Bailey Technical Institute in St. Louis, Missouri.
From 1965-1967 he served with the U. S. Army in Germany as part of the NATO forces guarding the East-West German border.
Ed is a state licensed stationary steam engineer having worked 32 years as a power plant engineer for both Dayton Power and Light and General Motors.
He retired from General Motors in 1999.
wife, Cindy, have lived in Kettering for 39 years.
They have three children; Anne, Matthew (Jennie), Mark and two granddaughters, Mariel and Ayla.
Ed is a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Men's Choir and Men's Club.
He is active in the Epiphany Ministries of Ohio and a life-time member of Full Gospel Businessmen's Fellowship International where he has served as treasurer of the Dayton Chapter.
He joined the Routsong staff in March 2006.
