Ed Cicchi, deputy warden of MCACF, said there is usually a good turnout of runners from the correctional facility and he expects this year to be the same.
"Each year around 20 to 30 guys from our place run and there were some civilians and a girl rode her bike last year.It is usually a good turnout," Mr. Cicchi
said. The run will go from Cranbury to Monroe, Jamesburg
, Helmetta, Spotswood, East Brunswick and South River, before making its way to New Brunswick. The men and women from the corrections facility will run south on Route 130 and into Cranbury where the Cranbury Police Department
will take over, but there is no time frame as to when the torch will make it into Cranbury."It all depends on how fast they run," Mr. Cicchi
