Dwight L. Aspacher, a special agent for Ohio's Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation who was assigned to the Warren County Drug Task Force, was fired on April 11.He

had repeatedly made sexual comments toward her

nude photos of himself and compelled her
to perform oral sex on him on three separate occasions.
A representative of the Fraternal Order of Police/Ohio Labor Council
, which represents Aspacher
, told the Associated Press
that there is no evidence that the sexual activity was anything but consensual.Warren County Prosecutor Rachel Hutzel said that a criminal investigation of Aspacher began as soon as the report was filed.
"We also immediately contacted the Attorney General's Office and had [Aspacher] removed from our offices."
According to Hutzel, the Attorney General's office began its own internal investigation regarding workplace misconduct of Aspacher
two days before the county decided not to file criminal charges.
