Duncan Campbell is a commercial lawyer and a founding member of the CEDR Chambers, the UK's leading mediation practice. He has decades of experience in dispute resolution in industry both as in-house counsel and as a mediator of high-value international projects in the public and private sectors. Duncan was previously General Counsel of IBM UK and a member of the management board, where he was responsible for managing High Court litigation and settling legal disputes. During his assignments in Paris for IBM Europe, Duncan was 'Europe, Middle-East, and Africa' counsel for all IBM's industry sectors.
