Drew Molotsky has over 20 years experience in Family Law, handling matters involving divorce, custody, alimony, child support, equitable distribution and domestic violence in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Drew successfully completed the requirements for certification in matrimonial law as set forth by the Supreme Court of New Jersey's Board on Attorney Certification and as a result has been certified as a Matrimonial Law Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. A New Jersey attorney who is certified by the Supreme Court as a matrimonial law attorney must be a member in good standing of the NJ bar for over five years, maintain ongoing legal education requirements, demonstrate a substantial level of experience in matrimonial law, be favorably reviewed by other attorneys and judges familiar with his/her work, and take and pass a rigorous examination in matrimonial law. Only 3% of all attorneys in the state achieve this designation.
Drew received his B.A. with Honors from Brandeis University in 1990 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1993. He served as Law Clerk to the Hon. Robert W. Page, then Presiding Judge of the Family Court in Camden County. He is a former Adjunct Professor of Family Law at Camden County College and is a member of the Camden and Burlington County Family Law Committees, as well as the New Jersey State Bar Association. He also serves as a Panelist on the Burlington and Camden County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panels.
Drew is also proud to have served on the District III-B Panel of the Attorney Ethics Committee where he investigated and prosecuted violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct by attorneys, working to ensure the continued diligence of the members of the legal profession. Drew has additionally worked as a volunteer for the Rutgers University Pro Bono Domestic Violence Program and currently lectures for the Burlington County Women's Opportunity Center and Gloucester County Center for Women in Transition, providing legal advice and counsel to men and women on divorce and custody related issues. Drew is also a former Barrister with the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law Inn of Court.
Drew is a highly experienced family law attorney with more than 20 years experience focusing on both simple and complex family and matrimonial litigation. Drew appears regularly in the Family Courts of Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties, but has also litigated cases throughout the state including Monmouth, Ocean, Mercer, and as far north as Bergen County. Drew has also prosecuted many matters in the Appellate Division, arguing appeals for matrimonial litigants on the issues of jurisdiction, custody, grandparent visitation, and alimony.
When not practicing law, Drew volunteers his time a director with the Cherry Hill Education Foundation, and as a member of the Board of Trustees for Congregation M'Kor Shalom in Cherry Hill. Drew also enjoys directing theater for the Broadway Theater of Pitman where he sits as a member of the Arts Advisory Board.
Drew resides in Burlington County, New Jersey, with his wife and two daughters.
