Douglas C. Mousel
Douglas C. Mousel was recently hired by the City of Oak Point to serve as City Manager.

was born and graduated high school in Omaha, Nebraska, Mr. Mousel
attended college at Southwest Texas State University
in San Marcos, Texas and obtained a Bachelor of Arts with a major in urban and regional planning and a Master of Applied Geography with a concentration in land/area development and management.
Prior to his
employment with the City of Oak Point, Mr. Mousel
was employed with some of the fastest growing cities in the Dallas-Fort Worth region including Prosper, Frisco, Plano, and Carrollton.
Most recently, Mr. Mousel was employed as the Vice President of Planning & Entitlements for LandPlan Development Corporation.
Mr. Mousel's community involvement includes participating in the inaugural 2004-2005 Northern Collin County Leadership Program, serving on the City of Frisco's 2009 Charter Review Commission, and serving as the past President of the Prosper Developers Council.
has also coached youth baseball and soccer for several seasons.

enjoys spending time with his
family, traveling, playing softball, and attending college football games, specifically the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
wife, Connie, who is a flight attendant for Delta Air Lines, have a son and daughter.
