Doug has broadened the scope of his consulting activities by adding employee empowerment, management of work-related stress, and diversity to the technical training he provides in internal auditing.
During his fifteen years in the auditing field, Mr. Brown has held senior positions at Crown Zellerbach and Fluor Corporations, served as Associate and Staff Auditor for BP America, and worked as a staff auditor for Coopers and Lybrand. Today, in addition to his busy schedule in teaching and consulting, Mr. Brown serves on the Board of Directors of the Montana Rescue Mission Bargain Store and the Deering Community Health Center in Billings, Montana.
Mr. Brown has written numerous technical articles in the accounting and internal auditing field, and has begun to publish on work-related stress for auditors and others.
