DORENE J. LONGFELLOW
Dorene J. Longfellow
has worked in commercial real estate for 30 years.
During that time, she
has garnered experience in the following areas: loan portfolio management; property acquisition and disposition; mortgage banking; construction and permanent loan underwriting; loan work-outs; title review and analysis; credit analysis, appraisal review; environmental issues; asset and property management; leasing; and market analysis.
She graduated Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate.
Since graduating, Dorene
remains involved with real estate graduate students as a visiting lecturer and non-faculty panel member for the Master's of Real Estate Development (MRED) at Arizona State University
Dorene's education and experience have served her
well in challenging positions.
She began her career as an investment-acquisition analyst with Grubb & Ellis.
She then served as an investment officer for national banks and mortgage companies where she held vice-president positions with Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company, First National Bank of Chicago, Citibank and Bank One Arizona.
Most recently, Dorene served as the Vice President and Director of Western Region for M&I Bank - Institutional Real Estate Group where she was instrumental in providing clients with construction and permanent financing for commercial real estate projects throughout the Southwestern United States.
Dorene is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Arizona.

he is the past president of Arizona Commercial Real Estate for Women (AZ-CREW) and an active member of Lambda Alpha International (LAI), Commercial Mortgage Banker's Association (CMBA) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
