Donna is an adjunct faculty member, teaching several accredited Pilates and MELT Method courses at Quinnipiac University.
She is a certified MELT Method Practitioner teaching Hand/Foot MELT techniques as well as Full Body and Strength techniques for the Method.
She is a Master Spinning Instructor and International Presenter for Spinning, representing Mad Dogg Athletics.
Donna is certified by the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America as a group fitness instructor.
She holds personal trainer certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Exercise Council.
Donna is certified by the C.H.E.K. Institute as a holistic Nutrition/Lifestyle Coach.
Donna holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master's of Science degree in Athletic Coaching Education from Ohio University.
Being involved in many philanthropic activities, she has trained many corporate employees, for the NYC Half and Full Marathon joining Team for Kids Foundation.
For the last three years, she
has also trained many cyclists to ride AngelRide, a ride benefiting campers of The Hole In the Wall Gang that takes them 140 miles across the state of CT.
An avid runner, cyclist and swimmer, she
has participated in numerous races throughout the country and looks forward to continuing her
training and competing in more.
