It's April and still we aren't getting the refreshing showers that will make the earth bloom… remember to conserve water, especially in the Metro Manila area… the Angat Dam, according to Dondi Alikpala of the National Water Resources Authority is at its lowest level with no rains in the horizon.Already, Metro Manila is getting five percent less of its water allocations. The farmers are also being threatened with little water for their irrigation needs but PGMA is giving shallow tube wells for their needs.
