is the principal shareholder of each company and is actively involved in daily operations.He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Wayne State University.Mr. Soenen was employed by Ford Motor Company from 1967 to 1980 where he held numerous manufacturing positions, culminating in responsibility for all staff quality control functions for Ford suppliers and the Company's body stamping and vehicle assembly operations worldwide.In 1980, Mr. Soenen joined Sensors, Inc. where he acquired the Company and subsequently sold it to Dynatech Corporation in 1984.Mr. Soenen quickly moved through Dynatech, a Fortune 500 public company, becoming Corporate Vice-President, responsible for 12 independent operating companies with annual sales totaling $110 million.He
acquired three companies and divested four during this period.In 1993, Soenen left Dynatech, reacquiring Sensors and two other Dynatech companies.Mr. Soenen is a member of the Board of Directors of New Liberty Bank in Plymouth, Michigan. Mr. Soenen is President of the Plymouth Symphony Society (PSS) and was instrumental in establishing the PSS Education Outreach Program in area schools which has become a model for orchestras nationwide.He
was actively involved in the feasibility, planning and construction of the Village Theater at Cherry Hill in Canton, Michigan.In 2003 he
led the campaign to form a youth orchestra, and in 2004 developed Orchestra Canton as the resident orchestra at the Village Theater.Mr. Soenen is an active member of the Canton Cultural Arts Commission and the Canton Artists Advisory Council.Don

When IMF President mentioned to Sensor's Chairman, Mr. Don Soenen that he had surmounted his initial trepidation to ask for money from the employees, he quipped that "when you believe in the cause, you should never be shy to ask for help".
He also opined that a large number of people were already giving to some charity and that IMF's task was to convince them that ours was a better cause for them switch.
