Donald Mindiak has been employed in the banking industry for over 32 years and has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of BCB Community Bank since October 1999 and BCB Bancorp, Inc. since May 2003.
Before joining BCB Community Bank, he was employed by Summit Bank as a Manager of Strategic Planning and Support.
Prior to his
employment at Summit Bank
was employed at First Savings Bank of New Jersey
for over 20 years.
tenure at First Savings of New Jersey, he
way up from messenger to Controller and ultimately Treasurer.
He served as a member of the Executive Board of the Board of Governors of the NJ Bankers Association; he was the former President and Treasurer for the Community Bankers Association of New Jersey; he served on the Board of All Saints Catholic Academy Elementary School in Bayonne
and also served on the former Bayonne Hospital Foundation Board.
Most recently, he was asked to join the Board of Trustees for the Simpson-Baber Foundation for the Autistic.
He is a graduate of St. Andrew's Grammar School and Bayonne High School.
He received a B.A. degree in Chemistry from Rutgers, Newark College of Arts and Sciences and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
